- Visit the Ancestry Sign-In page.
- Click on “Don’t know your password?” beneath the login fields.
- Enter the email address associated with your Ancestry account and click Continue.
- Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a message from Ancestry containing a password reset link.
- Click the link in the email to open the password reset page.
